Cardiac Arrest vs. Heart Attack

Did you know that a cardiac arrest is different from a heart attack?

In a heart attack the heart  loses some oxygen. In a Cardiac Arrest, the
heart stops working entirely and blood ciruculation cease. Someone needs help withing 3 -5 minutes before irreversible damage occurs. Very few attempts to revive some someone suffering form cardiac arrest succeeds after 10 minutes. 95% die before reaching a hospital. Cardiac arrest is not specific to older persons only, young person are also affected.
