Occasionally, I’m tempted to allow world events and my immediate environment affect the foundation of my strength, – FAITH.
“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen” – Hebrews 11:1 (NKJV). I’ve memorized this verse and when that temptation comes, I repeat this verse to myself and think… (1) I am convicted and convinced that God’s promises will endure throughout my lifetime many of which will be fulfilled during my lifetime. (2) The human race will inevitably and completely triumph over evil and (3) Every word of God is pure; He is a shield to those who put their trust in Him. Proverbs 30:5 (NKJV)
